First Baptist Church, Garden Lakes has partnered with the AZ Southern Baptist Convention and the Central Baptist Association to support this new church start to reach the ever-growing Korean population in the West Valley. Services began on Sunday, July 15, 2008 with more than 35 in attendance and is now averaging about 125. Pastor Brian Oh is the pastor of the congregation. Service time is at 12:15pm with sunday school prior to the service.

The Preschool Committee planned and prepared for the day care and preschool that is a vital ministry to our church and the surrounding community. The academy officially opened on July 30th, 2008. Continue to pray for the committee as they lead us in this very important ministry.
